3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of cps88, you must register an account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation of your age and identity. cps88 may request supporting documentation at any time.

• 3.1
  Account Responsibility:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify cps88 support immediately.
• 3.2
  KYC Verification:cps88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

  Account Closure:You may request account closure at any time by contacting cps88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cps88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.

• 4.1
  Minimum Deposit:The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cps88, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

  Withdrawal Processing:Withdrawal requests are processed within the same banking day for verified accounts in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. cps88 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• 4.3
  KYC Hold:cps88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC verification. This hold is typically resolved within 24-48 hours of the required documentation being received and verified. No interest is payable on held funds during this period.
• 4.4
  Fraud Prevention:cps88 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers a fraud alert will be held pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the relevant funds will be frozen and the account will be closed. cps88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh in such cases.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cps88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

  Collusion:Collusion between players — including sharing hand information in live table games or coordinating bets in sports markets — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaged in collusion will be suspended immediately and all winnings associated with the colluded sessions will be voided.
• 6.2
  Technical Malfunctions:In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, cps88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. cps88 is not liable for winnings that arise from a software error or malfunction that has not been independently verified.
• 6.3
  Prohibited Conduct:The use of automated software (bots), scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with games or sports markets is strictly prohibited. Players found to be using such tools will have their accounts closed and all winnings forfeited. cps88 also prohibits the use of any system, strategy, or method that exploits errors in software or market pricing.

7. Responsible Gaming

cps88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated at any time by contacting our support team.

Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, temporary account time-out (1 day to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion or time-out is applied, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends. cps88 takes requests for self-exclusion seriously and will apply them within one hour of a verified request being received.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

cps88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described below. Where a closure results in a balance owing to the player, that balance will be returned after any applicable deductions are confirmed.

  Grounds for Suspension:Accounts may be suspended where cps88 has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) colluding with other players; (d) providing false information; (e) accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal; or (f) any other conduct that cps88 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• 8.2
  Right of Appeal:If your account is suspended or closed by cps88, you have the right to appeal the decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of the closure notification. cps88 will review the appeal and provide a written response within 10 business days.
• 8.3
  Inactive Accounts:An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cps88 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying an inactivity fee. The inactivity fee, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cps88 and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or network failures beyond cps88's direct control. cps88's total aggregate liability to any player, in connection with any single event or series of related events, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

cps88 makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cps88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — registered players will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or mobile number. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without advance notice.
